Chase Auto — marketplace, banking systems & loan flows
As part of a strategic collaboration between Vroom and JPMorgan Chase, I led key UX/UI initiatives for Chase Auto’s internal platforms and banking systems. I redesigned core marketplace experiences including search, prequalification, vehicle pages, and loan application flows.
Working across the Vroom–JPMorgan Chase collaboration, I focused on the highest-friction moments of car buying — search, prequalification, vehicle detail, and the loan application — and redesigned them as one coherent flow rather than isolated screens.
Chase Auto's internal platforms and banking systems had grown complex and inconsistent. Users needed to move from browsing a vehicle to qualifying and applying for a loan without hitting the seams between marketplace and banking.
Redesigned marketplace and loan experiences that connect search to prequalification to application in a continuous path, aligned with Chase's banking standards and ready for their internal teams to build on.
Led key UX/UI initiatives: redesigned search, prequalification, vehicle pages and loan-application flows; produced wireframes, high-fidelity UI and prototypes coordinated with Chase, Vroom and Vast stakeholders.
